Water Leaks

  • If you notice water coming from somewhere under the van, immediately turn off the water pump to prevent further water damage. Next, check the plumbing wheel well box by opening up the rear access door or by unscrewing the outdoor shower. If there isn't any leaking from what you can see, check under the toilet cassette compartment (accessed through the outside door), and also check inside of your electrical box for potential water leaks running to or from the hot water heater. Once the leak is located, it can be fixed.

Toilet Won't Flush

  • Make sure there is enough water in the system and that the water pump is turned on.

Shower Isn't Draining

  • The showerpan can sometimes take a while to drain. This might be due to parking the van on uneven ground. Give it some time and see it if drains.

No Water in the Sink or Shower

  • Check the fresh water levels on the panel below the sink. If low, fill the tank with water from the back of the van and try again. Also make sure the water pump is switched to the on position.
