Thetford Cassette Toilet (optional add-on in select locations)

To use the cassette toilet, open the lid and switch the lever near the toilet base to the open position. After using the toilet, press the button on the right of the toilet to flush and close the flap using the gray lever. Make sure to always use the correct dissolvable RV toilet paper, and put the recommended fluid back in the cassette after emptying. When ready to empty the toilet, the cassette access door is outside the vehicle just left of the sliding door. Press in on the two buttons, and the door will open downwards, allowing access to the cassette. Next, remove the cassette using the blue handle on the bottom, and empty the waste through the tube with the blue cap. The cassette contents can be dumped in a porta potty, household, public toilet, or any other place intended for human waste disposal. After the cassette is empty, pish it back into the toilet through the van door. It will click into place, then the door can be closed.
